We are also dedicated in providing warm and nutritious meals for your child. Your toddler, 2-year-old, or preschool child in the wrap-around program will be served breakfast in the morning at 8:30, lunch at 11:00, and a snack at 2:30. If it is a preschool day, your child will be taken to the school cafeteria for breakfast at 7:45 am. The children in our infant program will be fed on demand. Because of rising food costs due to transportation expenses and the overall cost of food, we need to increase the amount that you will be paying per week. I am sure many of you have noticed the increased amount you are spending at the grocery store. We will be providing Similac formula for the infant room. If you decide not to use Similac formula for your infant, you will be required to supply the formula or breast milk for your child. I have broken down the costs for each full-time age group below. Infant Room: 0-3 months: $14.00/week for formula; if you supply your own formula there is no additional cost. 4-7 months: $16.00/week for formula and baby food; if you supply your own formula your additional cost would be $2.00/week. 8-11 months: $20.00/week for formula and baby food; if you supply your own formula your additional cost would be $6.00/week. Toddler Room: $6.25/week which includes breakfast, lunch, and snack 2-Year-Old Room: $7.50/week which includes breakfast, lunch, and snack Our three and four-year-old programs will run very similar to how they run now with a couple of minor adjustments. Presently, the parents write a check out to the Hot Lunch Program at school. We will be changing that and adding that amount to your weekly tuition in our wrap-around program. Currently, parents are paying $2.00 per day for lunch and $1.25 for breakfast. Every two years we have increased the amount a little to help offset the increasing cost of food and labor. I am unable to tell you now what the new amount will be, however, we will have a definite number in August, once we know what the new food costs will be. Lunch fees will be included in the new weekly addition, however, breakfast will not. If your child will be attending breakfast everyday, and you would like us to automatically charge you for that, I am able to do that. If you are uncertain how often your child will be eating breakfast you may set up a lunch account with Mrs. Vaughn. The lunch account for the preschool wrap-around works the same way as it does for the school aged children. You place money in an account with Mrs. Vaughn and the money is subtracted when your child eats. This will only be done for breakfast. Lunch will be added onto your child care costs! Here are what the costs will be for full-time children.
