This week in Kindergarten we enjoyed many books by Eric Carle.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar, The Very Busy Spider, and The Honeybee and the Robber were some of our favorite books we shared.

Along with sharing literature we also made beautiful butterflies, sticky spiders, and buzzing bees.

In Science we will begin a unit called "Animals, Two by Two." We will study animals and how they grow and live.  We will try to hatch chicken eggs in an incubator and learn about the life stages of frogs and caterpillars.  Our next unit will be "Wood".  We will learn about the uses of wood and how to make our own small creation with wood.

In Religion we are working on Bible Stories and finishing up with our Friendship Books.
